Fridge temps going over/under limits?  Fast alerts based on upper and lower thresholds

Fridge performance

Overs Chart.png

This fridge has good cycling. Fast recovery fall and then slow temp rise. Only one compressor start per 2 hours. Efficient use of power

MimoCool progressively logs all the overs or alerts through the month, caused by being over threshold more than half an hour. It provides a clear indication of performance. By clicking on a bar then the full detail of causal effects can be examined and action taken

Power waster. Compressor starts about 4 times an hour. On every start it draws 6 times normal current. Potential leaky door seals or not closing properly as it does not get down to freeze level very often. Signs of door being left open and potential alert situation.

If a fridge starts to exceed its upper threshold then an alert watch starts. If the incident stays high 30 mins i.e. the incident is not correcting itself, an alert is sent in one of two ways.

1    Text message to mobile of on duty person

2     Direct feed into a Nurse Call system such as provided by NCS and others

Staff can check the fridge and react accordingly
